For the past couple months I’ve been working on giving my craft room a complete makeover. I’m almost done but still have a few things that need to be organized like ribbon, scraps of decorative paper and a few other odds and ends. So, with all of those things in mind, I went searching on Pinterest for some organizing ideas and found some really great inspiration.
Organize your craft supplies
This Craft Storage “Bling” from Your Crafty Family is really beautiful and would look awesome on my desk in white and mint.
Spinning Craft Caddy from HGTV. I love this idea and I have a lazy susan in the cupboard that I was just about to throw away.
This is a great way to Organize Embroidery Floss from Mrs. Jones and I think I have a whole package of clothes pins.
Organizing Trims and Ribbons with Tic Tac Containers from Pretty Prudent. If you or someone you know likes Tic Tacs this ribbon storage is for you and it’s a great idea. Currently, I have my mini ribbons in embroidery floss boxes but some of them are too big to fit between the separations and they are just tossed into a bin. This is a much better way to store the ones that don’t fit.
File Cabinet Makeover from Hometalk. I don’t currently have a file cabinet but I do have lots of stuff that I need to file and this is a really awesome idea!
Shower Caddy Organizing from DIY Candy. When I first saw this I had one of those “Why didn’t I think of that” moments! I will be sure to look at the dollar store before spending lots of money on one but I think I really need to do this.
Yarn Organization found on Pinterest. I can see 2 or 3 of these hanging in the closet. I could store all kinds of things like yarn, vinyl, boxes of embroidery floss…almost anything that is light weight.
