Free Printable Password Log

Hi friends, I’m so happy you stopped by to visit today. To say thanks, I have a Free Printable Password Log for you!

Password Log Printable 1

It seems like every website requires a password and between work, personal and blogging, I have dozens of accounts to keep track of. If you’re like me you have little post-its everywhere with usernames and passwords. If you’re really like me, you can never find those little post-it notes when you get locked out of your account.

I needed a way to keep all of my usernames and passwords together and organized. I’m going to use three copies of this printable; one for personal accounts, one for blogging accounts and one for work accounts.  How will you use your Free Printable Password Log.

TIP: use a pencil to write your password. That way when it changes you won’t have a big mess.

  1. Marie, this is a great printable! Right now I keep all my password account information in a notebook but it’s not super organized into personal and business. I’ll be printing some of these off soon. Thanks so much!!!

    • You’re welcome Keri, I’m so happy you like it! I know keeping the accounts separate will be a huge help when I need to find a password quickly.

  2. Nice printable. My neighbors need this, because they cannot remember their passwords. I am always telling them to write it down or use Roboform. Thanks fo sharing at DI&DI.

  3. Hi Maria, that is an excellent way of keeping passwords neatly together. I now keep mine altogether in a book (duplicated into another book for safety), if I didn’t your printable would be perfect.

    • Hi Debbie, I like your idea of duplicating them into another book for safety. I might have to start doing that too. Thanks for the inspiration! 🙂

  4. Great printable and tool. I keep mine in a little index card book. It’s a mess right now. Got a new one but haven’t had time to get them all transferred. It’s crazy how many passwords we have to have to try and keep safe.
